Hector and the service department were incredibly helpful and were as accessible as possible with getting the work done that was needed. However there were tons of us customers in the fast service department and Hector could only move as fast as the computer allowed for him. It would be wonderful if this department received more service people to help get customers in and out as quickly as possible.

Recceptionist and car rental person was very courteous and efficient. Jorge did everything he said he would but the part that I needed had to be ordered so need to repeat service in a week or so.
