I am missing my right Dodge floor mat. I did not feel the need to check if anything was missing when I left the shop because I trust you guys. Obviously my fianc noticed the missing mat as soon as he checked out the truck. Maybe the floor mat was misplaced somewhere in your shop? I'm sure you'll find it. Please call me ****-****-xxxx

Got in at 7:30 for oil change and engine check light issue. Express Oil change was done at a reasonable time, done at 9 am. Engine check light issue cannot be checked until about 1 pm? Previous advisors would get it checked that morning and recommend repair if needed.

I'll been calling regarding getting nitrogen in my tires for about a month. I keep being to next week. So when I went in for an oil change I would think that by now the dealer would have nitrogen but still no nitrogen

Info provided was not accurate and could never get a definitive status on things. Day of pick up cashier was 15 min late which caused me to be late to my new job. No receipt was provided because of printer issues. Also paperwork not ready at time of pick up because of rep thinking i had a rental. Why would rep think that if he never offered or issued one? Really bad experience across the board. Took over a week for car to be ready. I askedhave my car pulled up to save time and none of the 5 people who were
