Great service. Answered every question I had and explained everything well. Took 3 days (brought in at 7:3am and they didn't get chance to look at my jeep till the next day) which was a bit excessive but I had a car so no biggie.

I was running late before service department almost closed and Hector took my car for the service it needed. I was very happy since I'm taking my Jeep on a road trip this weekend. It was all perfect .

I took in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for an oil change around 10:00 am and was out by 11:20 am I was very please with the service Hector provided me with .He answer all my questions and was very helpful with everything . Great job by hector and all the staff at motor village LA .

Very unhappy with my service here... It all started with my first service writer George. Every service that I have received from this dealership has been a flop.. It's very unfortunate.. when I decided to bring my vehicle to a dealership I'm believing I'm going to get quality technician quality customer service with a large company who stands behind their name to receive quality service.. especially with the prices that we have to pay you would think we will receive A 1service..1. Brought my vehicle in for complete detailing inside and out.. Along with front and back bumper touch up.. Once I receive my vehicle upon pickup.. You would have thought I took my vehicle through a gas station drive thru car wash, still filthy.. Time wasted they have to take the vehicle back and do the job completely all over again.. Moving along again with the same service writer I brought my vehicle in because it was smoking.. George my advisor told me I need a radiator.. Followed his advice and got it done.. Had to come back again saying problem... same service writer George. New diagnosis water pump needs to be replaced.. Followed his advice and got it done.. I had to bring the vehicle back again for the same problem smoking.. same service writer said they found the leak and had to just put a clamp... I had to return again same problem... same service writer now I need a bleeder valve.. at this point I really believe in that they're taking full advantage of me and just diagnosed me with any problems to get the pay... Did my own research and homework on these issues.. and found that these were different situations that I never even needed... the same day switch to a new service writer.. Rene House.. under the same business same mechanic now we have a new diagnosis and now the lies are being shown.. money is being paid out to this dealership left and right and the problem still there... new service writer just said it was a clamp or something to do with the water pump simple fix.. had to bring the vehicle back problems still there now leaking hose... I don't know what type of games are being played with the mechanic and service writers for them to capitalize on customers lack of knowledge of mechanic.. but I'm very unhappy about the service I received here.. please review my files and you can see.. money was wasted time was lost from work.. at times I had to pay my own rental car fees because cars wasn't available.. my husband had to get involved and find out what was going on and why was I being treated like this and one of the service writers I can't think of his name but he's I believe Middle Eastern assets at the very first desk at the main entrance to the door into inside the dealership very rude gentleman argued with us to the point he wanted to fight.. I believe I deserve some type of compensation for this type of service because the money that customers pay out and for us to have to go through this and receive this it's not right at all I'm just to the point this could be possibly a loss to hear.. something needs to be done here maybe new tires lifetime warranty oil change something needs to be done here because my service at this dealership was terrible. Only person that was professional throughout the whole situation was the head supervisor Jerry I believe that's his name he's an African-American gentleman I believe the only one in that department.. he definitely deserves recognition for stepping out and trying to mediate the situation and to comfort me as the customers or try to figure out what's going on and what's going on with his service writers under him... I would love for someone to follow up with me right away in regards to this and what can they do to you know build trust back up with me this is a neighborhood dealership that I've always been dealing with and I hate to have to travel so far away just to get simple things done to my vehicle. I brought my Jeep Rubicon 2016 in due to a safety recall. That "fix" broke something else...the digital gas gauge and the digital tire pressure readings. So, I then had to bring it in yet again and get a rental car. I was told by the mechanic that those two broken items are normal, that gas amounts fluctuate. They never fluctuated wildly. So, I don't appreciate being told basically that my broken car is not broken. Also, I had the most unpleasant experience with the car rental woman, I believe her name is pronounced Su-hay. If someone cares, and wants to know how I was treated, please call me at my workplace at ****-****-xxxx. If not, I will assume this form letter is merely that. I'm determined, after today's experience, to no longer patronize Jeep. I will buy a car like a Mercedes or Range Rover next, where I am guessing they treat customers better or at least with a modicum of respect.

Although, it took me about a day and a half to schedule a service appointment. Once, scheduled the service Jorge provided was great. He kept me informed of status and provided destailed informatiin about the issue with my vehicle.

I just need u guys finish the job completely I don't understand why service department installed a tow hitch without any wiring to connect the trailer. They never advised me about the job without the wiring. Probably they can answer that question tomorrow. I never check the missing connection when I pick up the van, I noticed that just right after I reach home.
