I was told that the job would take an hour and it took 2 hours. It would have been nice if someone would have come out an updated me the estimated time to complete the job. Other then that everything else was great.

Jason was very polite and professional. He was able to get my car in the same afternoon I called for an appointment. He said we would get it back that day so we had a car to drive. Jason called within 90 minutes or so saying our car was repaired. Very satisfied with the service.

Everything was awesome my mom didn't care for the small Courtesy car just because it's harder for her to get in and out of. We appreciate the kindness and positive attitudes everyone has at Hosmer and will be returning for services or to purchase our next vehicle!!! Hale

I was told my vehicle would take a couple hours to service. I left it and did some errands. When I came back after 3 1/2 hours it was done. Couldn’t be more pleased! Thanks again for your terrific service!
