First time walk-in with a concern and problem. Dave made sure I didn’t leave for my own safety and worked me in. I waited a long time, but hot chocolate & lobby popcorn helped calm my fears of major engine problems. When he came back in to tell me what they found, he was holding a 2’ broom brush hardwood limb in his hand. LODGED UNDERNEATH, it was making quite the sound. He cancelled all charges, made sure my vehicle maintenance history was updated. I left praising God:)
