The service provided by MK Smith was horrible. Without the help of Sylvia at GM who called me every day for the last ten days, I’m sure nothing would have ever been done on my truck. Even with her help I was sent home twice because you said there was nothing you could do because my truck was too old

I can honestly tell you that I had had the most horrible experience this time. My car needed a windshield replaced I decide to not have Safelite replace the windshield and decided to take to MK so that it can be correctly replaced. My car was there about 3 days only to be told the windshield did not arrive. Took back the car the following Monday according to Jake the vendor had brought 2 wrong windshields. I arrived about 3:00pm to find the car seating there without the windshield replaced. Talked to Jay he stated contractor will come back to replace the windshield within the hour. Unfortunately cameras that sense when crossing over the line and sensor that senses when I’m not paying attention to the road are not working also, the box that seat behind the mirror fell off. All over a sour experience that to be honest it makes MK look bad. Not sure if there is no follow up from Jay or ur contractor needs to replaced but over all not a good experience. Now, I have to wait until next Tuesday for those items to be looked at.????
