Your service department is horrible lack of communication when I picked my vehicle up it was filthy. It sat in your lot for eight weeks to be repaired. I will never bring a vehicle to your department ever again.

My service advisor was amazing and did the best she could, but I showed up early 6:50am before open to get my car serviced specifically headlight bulbs replaced. I was told it should only take a few hours. A few hour latter I received a call saying they won’t have time today because they only have one mechanic… big waist of my time and I had taken the day off from work specifically to get this done so I’m not driving at 5am with no headlights. If there was only one worker on duty it would have been convenient if right from my early arrival I was told this won’t be able to happen today let’s schedule a different day and time as for me to was it mint on a Lyft home and then a Lyft back land the car not even being fixed. I specifically choose MKsmith because of all the wonderful experiences I have had but lately it seem like the team is under staffed every time I visit. I’m going to assume it because you only hire qualified people vs taking anybody that applies. I ended up finding another dealership willing to schedule the same maintenance for half the price too! MK price to change both my headlamp bulbs $650 your competition $345…

You did not fix my transmission problem as promised I had to return my car to your service I am not a happy camper

I was satisfied with the way Jay kept me Informed about the car and when it should be done I thought I should have at least got my car back washed after you guys having it for a week and getting dirty and at least the battery charge back up
