Always responsive and polite. I have bright my new car many times for the same issue and the mechanics seem to do a good job but the parts keep failing. The staff has been great, the vehicle not so great, unfortunately.

I trusted that you an your team would do everything to ensure all my concerns were met I left the shop an my car left in worst shape an I had to take it some where else that did cost me nearly as much as u did an it was same day service

I was satisfied with the work that I got done to my vehicle thank you. But i am highly dissatisfied with the condition my vehicle was returned to me. I got an oil change and front and back brakes replaced. But when I received my vehicle my driver seat covers had been removed, my protectors that show Chevy emblem on ground when I open my door were ripped off, also there was grease all over my driver door and dirty fingerprints all over the inside driver door. I just washed and detailed my vehicle before I brought it to the shop and I really do wish my vehicle would be returned the same way I dropped it off. I am highly disappointed in the lack of care for someone else property.

I had for truck there for 12 days I need it for work Gary said he could get to it on the 13th but i need it for work so I asked if I could get a rental truck for the day and he said management said they don't have any to loan. I picked my truck up with nothing done same check engine light on and a dirty as can be truck. It looks like you parked it under a tree and sap all over the hood and leaves in the back of the truck I've used mk smith three other times to replace the glow plugs in my truck and this was by far the worst experience but I seen it coming when I had to deal with Gary. I complained about him last time on the lack of communication. Id like a phone call from management if they want to make it right. Nicholas C

Jennifer kept us informed about the work on our truck and got it back to us in a reasonable time frame for the amount of work that was done. We have not had time to drive beyond just coming home. All seems to be in good shape at this time.
