We scheduled an appointment the previous Friday for an oil change at 9:00 AM on Monday. After about an hour and a half we went to check to see what was going on and were told that they had just started on the car. We went back to, Jay and he did not have an answer as to why it was taking so long. , Jay and he did not have an answer as to why it was taking so long. He basically implied that there were other cars that they were working on. So what was the point of making an appointment?

Jay was a very experienced tech very courteous to his customers treated me very well I had a doctors appointment he made sure that I was on my way the time I told him best of luck to him and his endeavors first time bringing my truck to MK. Smith and I would definitely bring it back for all maintenance needs again best wish’s to him ????

The cashier didn’t even ask me how to pay the total, when I ask if I can use my GM credit, she said: today can’t, next time I have to tell her in advance! I was not even have time to think and ask!

After questioning the diagnosis, no explanation of the findings then told I’m not paying for it and when my employee showed up they lied and said they talked to me and I was okay with it which was a complete lie. Called and asked to talk to the service manager and never got through. Very disappointed and will be calling Gm to complain.

This was my first dealership purchased car and I got it from MK. Service was great! Martin was nice and informative. He was adequately communicative with the status of my vehicle service process. Kudos to the tech as well...he/she didn't leave any mess in my car and didn't return it greased/ dirty. My only gripe has nothing to do with the reps and had to do with the key drop off box. Firstly, it's missing a pen which I brought just in case. Lastly, the key box stated "might drop" but I couldn't find anywhere to drop the key. This was about 8 pm so low visibility as well. I did not notice the drop slot separate from the box until a sales rep helped out. Maybe have a sign indicating where to drop off key... maybe an arrow pointing to the door.

Yo llamé dos veces para preguntar cuánto cuesta el cambio de aceite para transmisión me explicaro,si hace un flash nadamás son $350 ,si cambia el filtro son $480 por los dos servicios,incluye partes y labor ,llegó y cambian las cosas dan otro precio más caro y que por qué hoy se lleva 15 cuartos ,pero que siempre no se llevo más aceite y tuvieron que cobrar más,si la información de cuánto aceite se lleva la camioneta dice 10 cuartos por qué se cambia el aceite y se lle 8 cuartos más,me querían cobrar más, pero ya me habían dicho $480 más taxi,no creo que si tiene capacidad para 15 cuartos le quieras poner 5 más,
