Went to my 7:30 appointment to have the recall on the air bags done and the service person said they ran out of air bags I will have to come back sometime next week when I made the appointment I explained what I was bringing my truck in for they should have checked to see if they had air bags in stock it’s not a big deal but I had to change my schedule around so I hope they get the air bags soon

Scheduled an appointment to repair an airbag recall. Made the appointment 3 days ahead of time. When I arrived for service, I was told the part was not in stock and it would take 2-3 days for it to arrive. My wife and I had to make work arrangements to be able to make the appointment. It was very frustrating that I didn’t receive a call to notify me that the part was not in stock. I will likely seek the repair elsewhere.

First I would like a detailed print out of the service performed on my vehicle. I was charge over 900.00 for labor I was told the radiator was going to be out to place the new A/C condenser yet my engine appears to be untouched there would be hand prints all over my truck and I see none Plus if the radiator was pulled would it not have to be drained and then refilled? How much is your labor and how many hours was my truck worked on? Please contact me so we can discuss Thank you
