I don’t appreciate being given a time estimate that was inaccurate. Gary said it would take two weeks to get vehicle back because they were backed up with transmission issues. I asked if two weeks to get a diagnosis, he said no, two weeks including repair of it if necessar. I’m later phone conversation he recanted this statement in an accusatory manner and was rather rude. I wasn’t happy with the lack of friendliness or the professional etiquette of the staff I interacted with. Consider having meetings and training or retraining staff. To also provide fair criticism and or feedback, I do appreciate Gary’s willingness to work with me in terms of pricing when the issue of my warranty regarding repair shop needing to be less than 20 miles away from dealer where truck was purchased. I appreciate him for this.

The service and replacement of my battery because it was still under warranty great. It’s only been seven or eight months so I did have to pay an out-of-pocket cost for installation. The initial call and trying to get into the dealership was a bit difficult as I felt the service person Gary was very abrupt and a little rude This time and the last time that I had done there

I had original tried to schedule an appointment for Friday, but was told I'd probably need to leave vehicle until Monday. That wasn't really an option for me so I scheduled a morning appointment for Monday. My appointment was for 9:30 and I said I'd be waiting for the vehicle. No one started looking at it until after 11:00. When I later asked the status I was told they would need to keep the car until Tuesday. I explained the whole reason I scheduled the morning appointment is I was told the work would be done that day. After some discussion they promised would get it done. It was finished right at 5:00. I have no issues the quality of work as the issues were fixed. My issue was having an appointment and the car just sit for hours before getting looked at then asking for another day when I was waiting for the vehicle.
