I made an appointment for 1pm. My truck was immediately taken at that time and I proceeded to the waiting lounge. I waited until 3:20pm for my truck to be completed. Almost 2 and a half hours for an oil change seems too long.

Being 60 I have bought a lot of cars from a lot of different dealerships. The last three cars I bought have all been from MK Smith. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff this last time I had my truck in the service department was great even the cashier at the end when I picked up my truck on a Friday at 5 PM she was cheerful very kind. I love this dealership and it’s employees

Service provided in the time estimated. It would be nice to have a checklist completed by the technician with results of inspection detailed (brake wear, belts inspected, fluids checked, etc). When I have my Acura serviced I get one that helps keep me informed of probable additional needs on future visits.
