Yes, this time I am satisfied, however I am concerned that the previous time you put 10 quarts of oil and this time only 7. Last time I went back to see if 10 quarts was the correct amount and the advisor told me that 10 was correct even though the dipstick showed a higher level than normal. ???

Not completely satisfied. I usually take my truck to another dealer for service and they go over and beyond to make sure I’m completely satisfied. For example the basic I would get a vehicle to loaner from the dealer or from rental place. 100% will wash my car and even given me a free oil change. Mk tried to charge $80 for a bracket that supposedly was not covered and also I was told that the warranty only $220 and that you mk charges $230 per hour! And wanted me to pay the difference. No my truck was filthy dusty with bird poop on the windshield and hood of my truck! Really bad. So no I don’t feel as a valued customer here at Mk the to total cost to repair my truck $6,400.
