After making an appointment last week for my air bag recall and oil change I brought my truck in this week Took off work, changed my schedule, got a ride home. 9:30 am Around 12:30pm did I get a text saying they cannot do the recall repair they have to order the airbag? Things scheduled for maintenance should be checked beforehand if there is an appointment made ahead of time. Now I need to find another date and time to get repair done when the part comes in?
