Gary was not really good at helping me when i asked about visors for my truck. He was not helpful because of my truck not being of a newer year. I felt dismissed and ignored. I felt like leaving for a min but knew i had to get this recall fixed.

He was friendly. answered akk my questions and addressed my concerns. I had issues at aanother dealer in getting oil all over the engine compartment and another visit all over the frame. I explained this to him and he went out of his way and said he checked to ensure no oil. He is a good listener which is important.

Look, you sold me a car that was the ultimate piece of sh-t, I owned nothing but Chevrolet’s until you sold me this LEMON Cruze, now, I will never buy a GM product ever again. Can you imagine hearing that I need to spend close to 2K to pass a smog on a car that’s 11 years old that has a KBB value of $3500? I don’t blame the dealership but I’d be a complete retard to trust a General Motors product at this point. Hopefully, GM goes out of business and MK Smith becomes a Toyota or Honda dealership.
