Appreciate that even though a paperwork snafu had me leave my car for new tires install only to get a call my tires were not in yet, I was given a loaner car both times, which made it easier and faster to get to work. Then received great treatment when I had the actual appt once the tires were in. Was very pleased with the extra perks.

My service manager is always courteous and very professional. He informs me of how long it will take for what the service team needs to do and keeps me informed of any changes. I have the opportunity to have a hot cup of tea and read the newspaper or watch the news on tv while waiting in a very pleasant waiting area.My appointment is always a very pleasant experience thanks to my service attendant, John Wilhelm,

Says next oil change is in one year but I’m supposed to get oil changes done every 6 months. I’ll write over the sticker with a sharpie. Everything else is good

The service representatives seemed very confused about something going on with the services since I purchased the vehicle at a different location. Then it was explained to me that I had given up two services that I had already paid for. But this wasn’t explained when I was there previously that I was forgoing services I paid for. It also felt like those trying to explain it were condensing. Overall it was a bad experience.
