I’m always extremely happy with Anderson Weber Toyota (Jon)has always been great to deal with. I am disappointed in the mechanical aspect. I wrote a note on the envelope when I deposited my keys please do not change my headlight controls and they did change them! It is disappointing to me because I struggle trying to get them back where I want them. I know this is a very minor thing but to me it’s difficult. Again overall, I think Andrew Watson Weber is outstanding.

We have always trusted Bill. Why we were passed over to this rude young man is beyond my comprehension. He had previously told my husband he was going to fix an issue we had with a tire purchase we made last year. We DID NOT get the $100 rebate. He told my husband he would take off the $100 on a service around $300. Today he was singing a different tune. "Oh, there is nothing I can do. That's between Yokohama and Toyota." Bill at least asked me to send him the email correspondence I had regarding the rebate. I have always been happy with Bill. I may be reconsidering where I take my car if he is the new face of the Service Department. In addition,he BERATED a fellow employee in front of customers and co-workers. "I don't have time to reshow you how to do this." Ridiculous! Please address this issue. I'm certain this is not how you want your business represented. I may not be a huge customer, but I have bought my 2 current cars there and have always had Service completed there. I am a paying customer and I expect to be treated better than I was. There are lots of places that would be more than happy to accept my hard earned money.
