Tire pressures in my Aviator are 38 psi in the rear and 32 in the front tires. Last time I had the tires rotated the technician did not check for those pressures. So today I asked when it was done if they had checked to make sure the pressure levels were what the specs had indicated. I was assured that they had. I got in the car and drove home and sure enough the front tire pressures were at 38 and the rear were at 32. They hadn’t checked to make sure they were correct. Not a major issue but is definitely inconvenient.

We did not have service on that day. Made an appointment to come in for an open recall they called us about, but when we took the car in, they did not have the appropriate parts to handle the recall. So we have to make another appointment to come in again when the part does come in. we are confused as to why we got the call about coming in if they didn’t have the part that was needed.

Excellent service! I bought this vehicle in Madison and had service there and there is distinct deference! I would not have it serviced in Madison again. The Anderson-Weber crew were awesome!????????
