I picked my car up and I was hoping it would be clean inside from the work that was performed. I was thinking with covid-19 is why I was expecting this to be at least wipe down. I take it they must have took the glove box out because now it doesn't shut right and you have to slam it. I feel that one things are not put back together right they have no respect for your property.

Josh went above and beyond to make sure my Jeep was fixed this time.
I’ve had the same issue since 2019. This time I feel that I was taken seriously and listened to by Josh. Last time I was told it would be over $600 to try and find the problem. This time josh did it much cheaper and worked with my warranty company to have them pay what they were suppose too.
There was also the handler that sits in the back left with glasses. He was always professional and addressed people when we came in the door. You have a couple that do not. They dodge eye contact and pick up a phone to avoid interaction.

Job was to mount splash guards and put on front plate mounting and license plate. Plate not installed and no hardware to mount. Had to find someone else at dealership to get finished. And car was there 8 hours
Josh was extremely nice, but your team could not figure out why my jeep won't start all the time or why the button on my door handles won't work all the time or why my remote start wont work all the time either. He also told me that others are having the same issue as I am but since my jeep isn't throwing any codes you guys can't fix it. I didn't buy a brand new vehicle from you guys to have it not start 100% of the time.

Things that were in the glove box were scattered on the passenger side floor board. I know they had checked a filter but more care should have been taken with my things.
