2nd oil change in a row that I get into my (tan leather vehicle) to oil stains and grease on my steering wheel, center counsel, and ceiling fabric next to my door. Had to buy cleaning materials to get the stains out. This time my door also had oil all over it inside the drivers side. As if they don’t change gloves or wash hand me before entering customers vehicle. Very unhappy about that. Everything else was fine.

The service technician left the oil fill cap on the front bumper. He also left two bolts for the air filter tube off and sitting on the radiator support and snapped a air filter clip along with leaving the intake shroud detached.
