My visit with Mandi is the same as my other visits. Today’s visit involved 2021 Toyota 4Runner. The vehicle had its first complimentary 5,000 mile service along with a few other concerns I had. Mandi listened carefully, treated me with respect, asked clarifying questions so she can document the concern as accurately as possible for the technician to duplicate, and went the extra mile by telling the technician about my other requests such as not putting the oil change sticker on my windshield, rolling my windows down because I recently got my windows tinted, and updated me about my vehicle status. Keep up the good work!
