Jeffrey was nice and polite. They weren’t able to replicate the issue I mentioned with my horn which isn’t their fault but annoying with any intermittent issue. It presented itself to me immediately on my way home so I guess I will mention it again next time.

I had purchased two of my vehicles from llongo. I did believe in the integrity of their service and their responsibility to their customers.
Martin helped me confirm that my radiator actually had a leak before starting on the replacement of the radiator. I am happy you have such knowledgeable staff.
One thing that I feel Toyota could improve on is being able to bundle up the services. In my case along with a radiator replacement which had a $350 labor cost there was a recommended replacement of the radiator hose. Apparently instead of bundling the labor they wanted another $300 in labor for the hose replacement with a total labor cost of $650 for both which I felt was unfair since the work was the same and did not require additional labor since the hose was already being disconnected when we remove the radiator. I believe there are several of such opportunities that can be understood before making the system determine the cost. I believe that this will help make llongo toyota a better place for customers to trust and believe in.
