Johan has been my “go-to” asst service manager. He answers all of my questions. He follows up when I am in for service. He keeps to his estimated completion time and sometimes he gets it out sooner than promised. I purchased my 2021 Sienna Limited elsewhere because Longo didn’t have the car I wanted but I make sure my service is handled by Johan at Longo.

Martin is the reason why my wife and I go to Longo! He always provides great service and experience. That’s why I’m keeping my 2006 Tundra because Martin knows what needs to be done to make my truck out live me! You should give Martin a raise or promote him! He’s a hard worker who cares for the customer.
