Mr Lopez explian everything very well also was very patients in lesining to what I had to say. I been coming to Longo for along while But the one thing I notice was the wait time for an oil change ? Also some of the people in side the building have to be more customer happy Young people have to value their job better. Longo was more friendly in the past

He was great. The entire experience was great again. Love Longo. Recommending the carbon removal service would never of even been or not likely mentioned by local repair shops but it really needed it and it reflects in how great the engine runs especially after I drove it for months on 7 cylinders I was skeptical about it (carbon cylinders cleaning) but Mr Ayala wasn’t hard selling it or leaving me feeling I’m being taken advantage of but if the mechanics say “you need it” just do it…..so I did. What I would say regarding Alex is I came in with a kind of grouchy forward attitude only wanting to have the engine problem diagnosed and willing to prepay those charges but he navigated through all that leaving me feeling he’d tell the technician just find the actual problem and not rack up the bill doing so. Who would only want there running and not address and fix all the other things that the car needed. He got back to me and did go over all the recommendations in good practice but could tell I wasn’t interested and that is a sure sign of a GREAT employee that can deal with the customer and keep the Longo experience at least for me feeling if he’s on the level, I’m ok with whatever they find is the problem. Great people person-speaks well-gets the message across(the bad news about your car) professionally not like a used car salesman-keep me informed about the parts that didn’t come and what Longo was doing about getting them-start to finish….great…. !
