This is the first time I worked with Michael Babcock, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He has a very pleasant personality. He told me I would be out of there in 2 hours while I waited. And he was true to his word - I was back in my car and driving off in 2 hours or less. I will ask for Michael from now on when I bring my car in for servicing. Great experience!
