Samson did a great job caring for the service if my car. He explained was would be done upfront, gave me an estimate and notified me when the car was ready for pick up. He went over the inspection results clearly. He made the appointment easy and efficient. Enjoyed his friendly and helpful attitude!

I really appreciated working with Carlos Munoz. Each time I communicated with him for updates of my car he was patient and very kind in his replies to me. Never did he make me feel that I was asking to many questions , or that he didn’t have time to answer. As a senior this is a quality that we appreciate . Lexus has an employee to be proud of!!
