Minh was great. The experience was as good as it could be.

I asked which tire needed to be replaced (Michelin or the “odd” tire that was replaced during an emergency) Ramsin didn’t know. It turns out it was the “odd” tire and if I had known that I would have had it replaced. I couldn’t understand why one Michelin tire would be so worn down when the others were fine. When I looked at the tire when I got home I realized which tire it was. Also, he didn’t stress the urgency of needing the tire replaced until I came to pick up my car. He told me numbers in which made no sense to me on the phone. My trunk would not open. I called at 4:30pm and the service lady told me everyone had gone home. I had an important item in the trunk that I needed immediately yesterday evening. When I called this morning a service lady told me there was a button in the glove box. Well, she was right and why was I not told this yesterday?

Sam Du: Sam. I lost my copy of the maintenance that has to be done with my car. Do you have another copy with the estimate on it. I would like to evaluate with my son to see if he can take a look at the list to see what is most important. I would like to show him the list but I think I lost my copy. Would like to come by this.
