Brittany went out of her way to get the recall work done on our car. We were thrilled with the way she was able to push it through because we are now living outside the radius of the loaner car use and would have had to stay in a hotel for the duration of the repairs.

Mr. Eliseo Estrada is a refined and polite gentleman and took exceptionally good care of me. My e350 was running rough and he would not return the car until he was 100% sure the issue was successfully addressed.
