My ML550 was not cleaned and vacuumed as I requested, and as they always do a good job.
I was advised that due to COVID, they didn’t have the staff/man hours to do so, that for $40, they would do it, but alias I was picking the car up.
Also advised, that the prior luxury of cleaning the cars was extra and above and beyond.
I firmly disagree, that may be true for Chevy or Ford, but expected at Mercedes-Benz.

I will no longer give my business to this Mercedes-Benz Marin location since I am regarded less intelligent because I am woman! I have not received superior customer service since Tony Dasai departed. Tony was very compassionate and caring. Mercedes should not have employees less than Tony’s stature.
Dropped the car off at the wrong address, took the address down wrong, then delivered the car to another address. I got a call at 9 pm, “ your car is illegally parked in my driveway, it’s going to get towed and the police have been called”
