Brittney was very friendly and professional and communicated w/me clearly & consistently throughout the service experience. But, when I picked up my car, I discovered that when they were checking out my console, they broke the sliding cup holder cover just in front of the console. They had placed my fastrak device over it so I didn’t see it immediately. But when I moved the fastrak there I saw the jagged broken edge of the cover & my now exposed cup holder mechanism. When I went in & told Brittney, she came out to look and then said no one had mentioned anything and that your guys “are honest”. So ... implication is that I am not. The cup holder cover was not broken when I dropped the car off!! Brittney said she would call me later so as not to hold me up but when she called she reported that as a courtesy measure, they would purchase the part but I would have to pay $607.50 for labor to have it fixed!!! This is crazy. The cover was not broken; it is broken now; and the only place the car was is at MB of Marin. The cup holder is now exposed & at risk of getting broken. This is unacceptable to me - I take incredibly good care of that car. I want it to be fixed!

He gave me the update , told me my car is going to be ready to return to me in 34 hrs. He took care of the recall that wasn’t part of this appointment so he saved me so much time , he is polite and extremely nice I come to this place even tho is 60 miles from my house each way just because of the amazing service

I scheduled my routine service and mentioned during scheduling, that my navigation screen was going dark and needed that addressed. When I arrived for my appt, I was told that the “diagnostic “ Dept was running a day behind, so my 3 hour to one day appt was already extending to 2 days. Keep in mind, the service scheduler asks if you need a loaner car when making your appt. I didn’t think I needed one because I could figure things out for a day. My question is :Why isn’t anyone looking at the schedule and contacting people who need service and diagnostics, and offering to reschedule them if diagnostics is behind? At least alert them. In addition, I wish my service advisors would initiate keeping me apprised of my vehicle’s progress. By the middle to end of Day 2 /3, I had not had any updates from my service advisor so I had to call for an update, and left a VM. I called again for an update on the morning of Day 3, thinking there would be answers at this point and left a VM. This would really help your clients plan their day, arrange transportation etc.
