Unfortunately my experience was not a good one because you made an appointment with me to bring my car for the service. I brought my car and left it there. An hour later I got a call notifying me that you don’t have the part.
How embarrassing is that? I took a day off from work to take care of this service but unfortunately didn’t take place.

Traci was professional, client oriented, and kept me updated as to progress with the repairs/servicing.
While I am very pleased with Eliseo, Marc, and Robert who have treated me so graciously, I do have a comment on how MBUSA in NJ/GA treat their Dealerships and customers. My vehicle was at the dealership for over a month. From 2/1 to 3/10, just for a wrong Software Upgrade that was made.
The customer deals with the dealership, not MBUSA in NJ/GA or Germany.
MBUSA needs to do a better job at enabling their dealers who are advocates of the brand to do their job the best way they can.
Enabling the dealerships to try Software upgrades or downgrades will make your customers happy. The process in which the dealership waits days for an answer from someone in NJ or GA is inefficient and a waste of everyone's time.
This comment has NOTHING to do with the people at MB of Marin.
This comment has EVERYTHING to do with MBUSA as a whole.
Get your ducks in a row MBUSA. You will lose customers. You are not the only high end vehicle on the road and certainly not the only German Engineered.

Mercedes of San Rafael gives great service barnum! Eliseo was wonderful in keeping me informed about the servicing on my car, time frames, and even gave me the option of taking the loaner car home since my car took longer than expected. I had appts and I was unable to return the loaner the next day due to commitments already in motion, so he was kind enough to make me feel at ease that my car would be delivered to me and the loaner picked up. When I buy my next Mercedes, it will be with San Rafael Mercedes! A real class act!!!
