It was a disgrace from the moment I’d arrived at the appointment time. The greeter was a young Hispanic male who made me feel like I was at the Mexican-US border trying to cross—very rigid, demanding, and rude when I asked him what he said walking away from me. It wasn’t just his English that was difficult to understand, but his whole demeanor and attitude towards me. When I brought that issue out to the agent (Steven Drew), after waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes in nearly an empty area—agents’ office and lobby, I’d realized he wasn’t much of an upgrade. He was quite cocky, condescending, and plainly unpleasant. The space here is too small to write down the entire narrative. At the end, I was overcharged for the amount of work, which was not broken down into details, but just few items listed in the note area, with total labor and material charges. He was audacious enough trying to sell me more overpriced products without making me feel like I should fall for it. He was withholding the benefits I am entitled, and reluctantly yielded small bits of some when I asked. Again, the details of the mistreatment I’d received will be offered if someone asks me. The quality of the personnel has changed for worse for the past few years for certain, and it isn’t just my opinion. I hope someone reads this, and take some action. While I am willing to elaborate on what took place today, I can’t help holding my doubts.

I wasn’t completely satisfied with the complimentary car wash, the way the car was wash and Vacuum. With almost $2,000 I spent on repair bill and extra parts I bought , customers expect their car to be clean when they pick it up.

I brought my car in because the engine light was on, also I was out of blue def for the diesel fuel treatment. I told Antonio that my warning light was on for the blue def additive and that I had some in the car I needed to put in. Antonio said they would add the blue def for me and the diagnostic for the engine light was $ 225.00. It turned out the engine light was on because of the blue def being low, so there was nothing wrong with my car, but I had to pay the $225.00 anyways.

Tracy always delivers tremendous client service. She answers all my questions and is willing to help. Tracy went above and beyond when I accidentally threw my keys in the trash. She didn’t hesitate to get protective gloves and started going through it with me until we found them. She’s the best!

I asked Angelo to replace the entire mirror/ housing unit. He did it piecemeal by individual components which ended up costing more. He called late in the day when the car was scheduled to be ready after 3:30pm on Tuesday to tell me the mirror motor need to be replaced. If the dealer would of replaced the entire unit like I requested this would not of happened and it would cost less than switching out each individual component. Not happy about the delay and cost
