Consistently my service advisor does not perform the tasks that I ask him to with respect to items that need repair on my vehicle. Consistently I get the vehicle and find that the work was not done. This has happened multiple times.

I would like to say that dealing with Tracy is a pleasure. She is polite and very efficient. She goes out of her way to make sure that her customers are satisfied with their experience at Mercedes if Marin. Please don’t lose her.

Angelo was smart, efficient and courteous. Bravo!

The factory needs to install a washer fluid failure / fluid pump failure warning light instead of “Check your washer Fluid”

Brittney is great - this reply is not reflective of her assistance. I was not satisfied with the detail job that I paid for. I got the ultimate detail $500 and picked up my car with bird poo on the moon roof and the interior windows were all smeary. I brought the car back to have the car rewashed. On the way there I heard a whistling noise from the passenger window. When I tried to close the window it went down and would only roll up partially. I took several times touching the window control to have it roll up to have a gap still and then I heard a loud popping noise. This is a result from the repair done on the passenger door panel, which was not put back on properly. I had to take time off during my day to correct these issues. Like I noted, Brittney is fantastic and always helpful. I wish that the detail and repair were done right in the first place, so I didn’t have to come back to correct the repair and detail job.
