Eliseo called me as soon as he received my vehicle, and continued to do Periodical check ins as to what was needed. He was super warm and friendly when I came in to pick up my car. I would be happy to take my car to MB Marin again to work with him. Thanks!!!

Traci was great. Excellent communication and pleasant. Unfortunately she had to be the bearer of bad news that it took THREE days for the service department to diagnose the check engine light. That’s slightly better than my son who had to wait FOUR days for a diagnosis. That’s just look at the car and not necessarily to do the repair. Why didn’t I ask for a loaner car, well I didn’t know my car was going to sit on the lot for FIVE days (weekend) when I made the appointment. The call center for scheduling is a disaster. Looking elsewhere for service even though Traci was awesome.
