Eliseo was very attentive to getting my car serviced in 1day in a emergency need to travel to So Cal. He also clearly described the specific issue that caused the engine light warning, the process to confirm the specific cause, part availability, and time to complete the repair. He also periodically check on vehicle status at my request. I was also supplied with extra coolant for my 7 hour drive should it be needed prior to or during the drive itself. I am a frequent traveler to the north Bay Area and Mercedes of Marin will be my go to place should I need service on my GLC350e. I will leave an excellent review on line for my overall experience at the dealership.
