At no fault of the team in the service department, my car was purchased certified pre-owned however 2 weeks later required a hose replacement. The service took over 2 1/2 weeks due to parts back order. All covered under warranty, but a disappointment when so new!

Traci was great- very open about the possible costs in the estimate and quick to respond to follow up calls.
He said he didn’t plan to get vaccinated. We will need a different Service Rep, one that is vaccinated for COVD-19. I hope you will be requiring all you employees to be vaccinated. Otherwise I’m not sure if we will continue to do business with you.
When I bring my car in for service, I’m not looking for a friend, I’m looking for a service writer who is quick, organized, is focused on fixing my car, and getting me back on my way. Brittany did just that. Give her a raise!
