The experience I had with Joan was great. She was very up beat and welcoming to rancho motors. I appreciate the hard work that Joann puts in to satisfy the costumer. She does an excellent job.
I am very unhappy with the treatment I received this time from the service department and the Assistant Manager Michael Tarpley. First and foremost during the time that my vehicle was there he never called to update me on the progress of my vehicle. Secondly while reading through my paperwork after my car was picked up there were several additional service recommendations that were never gone over with me. I called Michael this morning because one of the recommendations that were made was to replace my spark plugs, I had a tune up in January the spark plugs were to have been replaced at that time. He stated that the recommendation is based off of mileage and he would have no way of knowing if I had done this service. I had the service done there it is on file. Also the paperwork clearly states that "In the process of inspecting your vehicle for safety and reliability, your technician made the following observations and recommends that you do the necessary repairs to resolve these issues". I now question whether the tune up was done in January. Michael suggested I bring my car by so they can show me the spark plugs. I would not know a new spark plug from an old spark plug so this does not ease my mind. I bring my car to your company for all services and this makes me wonder about the service I am getting. There is also an immediate recommendation to get my oil leak diagnosed again if I had not read through the paperwork I wouldn't know of the seriousness of this oil leak. Feel free to contact me however I would prefer not to be contacted by Michael as he does not seem to take my concerns seriously.
