She is well organized. I liked getting a call to inform me the car was ready. She told me ahead of time where to pay based on the type of payment I wanted to use. I went to see her to pay and everything was ready. I didn't have to wait for paperwork to be completed and printed. Great speedy service! And bonus points for friendliness - loved seeing Ruger's pic ????

My I phone charger cable is missing and I was told it was being looked in to. I was told I would get a follow up call on Friday February 3rd and I have not been contacted yet. I would really like my cable back as it is a cable that I keep in my truck at all times for apple car play and to charge my phone.

I loved the customer service! And I didn't have to wait forever for my car at another Cadillac dealership I once had a 9 appt and didn't get my car back for 3 hours. Thanks for everything

I purchased my vehicle from you guys and your service manager was a total ****, when I asked him about checking the chime on my vehicle or the daytime running lights, he was so ride! Don't think I will ever bring my vehicle back to you.
