Natural distrust of auto repair facilities would have been lessened by showing me the worn rear brake shoes. I got home & wondered how much longer I could have driven before I really needed the service.

Joanne would not honor a coupon that I had gave her, and discussed with her BEFOR I left my vehicle; And when i asked to speak to a manager she brought out a guy makes Eric, who was VERY disrespectful to me. When I told them they were losing my buisines they did not care. They did NOT AT ALL TRY to work with me. They were willing to lose my buisines over 20.00
Would appreciate the service technicians not messing with the tilt on the steering wheel the seat adjustment and the radio selecting their own channels and saving them also would appreciate work being completed in one day not two days for a simple windshield replacement

I was recommended to get an alignment. I agreed, once I received the results I was unsure how to read the results, but aware that the document showed no adjustment was performed and that my car was within full spec.
I requested that the sales writer get the technician who performed the alignment to explain why I should pay for something that qasnt done.
after 30 minutes, the sales weiter explained to me that since the alignment was not done that I would be refunded.
my appointment was at 8am for an oil change. I agreed to be up sold for a new battery (cable replacement but the cables were not in stock) and the alignment. I did not leave until 12:10pm.
I even let the sales writer help other customers. he explained to me he was new. I don't fault the sales writer, but it seems that on Saturday the staff was not running as smooth as I have seen it before.
I would recommend that the sales writer be able to explain the service they recommend and be able to explain what was performed.
My truck has an intermittent whistling noise I the cab related to ambient temp and wind from new it now has just over 5000 miles. I was asked to reschedule for windshield to be resealed because of rain. Not sure why my truck had to sit down there all day if that was the case. I am more concerned with how this diagnosis was determined the mileage was exactly the same as when dropped off. I am not in favor to just start throwing parts at my new truck until problem gets solved. The mechanics had gone home already when I got contacted to pick it up and the service writer did not know any details about the recommended repair.
Job done was satisfactory. Friendly and professional service. Glad my car was fixed in a timely manner. Nice rental car too, impressed with the car offered to drive while my car was being fixed. Will Pena took care of everything . Thanks again
