My car is making a vibrating sound and I was told they could not even take a look at it. I had my oil change appointment at 9:30 on saturday 3/11/17 and it took 2 hours to finish.

I had an appointment at 11:30am and I was waiting for my car. At 1:30pm I asked if car was done. He said no. I sat around for another 30 minutes and then another lady asked me if I saw my car. I said no. She called to find the status out and they hadn't even started my car. I was originally told it would be 2 hours. I didn't leave until 2:45pm and probably only because the lady called back there and they put a rush on it. Appointments seem to not matter well at least on a Saturday. If you don't schedule all staff then probably should only accept appointments. Waiting 3 plus hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous in my opinion.

Eric was superb! I was already dreading the recall work needed to be done on my Malibu, but Erick explained the recalls and what was to be done. He gave me an estimated time and said he'll try his best to make it as fast as possible. From the long lines, I could tell they were busy and I just knew it was going to take a long time. After about 3 hours I get a text saying that my vehicle would be ready to go home and not long after that Erick called for me to tell me the work was done. when I went to pick up my car he was there just as cheerful as when he first greeted me. Explained and highlighted what was done to the car and that there was no problems with it. Service was fast and friendly. So far one of the best experiences I've had at a service department.
