I always ask for Joann,I appreciate how she goes out of her way to make sure our cars are taken care of!And keep us informed as to what's going on with the cars when we're waiting! She explains everything we need to know!She is very knowledgeable and knows her job well!
The service was really quick again, i went to go get some lunch and on my way back i got a call that my car was done, right on time !!

The car was squealing like crazy when I had it towed there. And you didn't find anything wrong. For me it was just a big waste of time. Jonathan Adams was not the problem, but I don't understand why we couldn't find anything when there is clearly a problem
I had a 9 AM appointment for an oil change and to verify the fuse rating for the trunk release on a factory recall issue. Three hours later the work was finished. Even though the service rep told me when I arrived that they would need three hours for the work, this seems to be a long time to do a simple oil change and tire rotation, especially when I had an appointment for the work.
JoAnn is always on top of all the maintenance issues with both of my vehicles and the best solution always keeping me updated to any problems that arises.

The waiting time was over ridiculous. I came in the day before and they were backed up so I made an appointment schedule me for 10 o'clock the following day now my guy that was helping me said that the appointment was getting in to see him and get the paperwork done so with that being said it doesn't take that long to get paperwork done the car should have been getting work done within an hour if you make an appointment you don't expect to have all day long to have something check period very dissatisfied with the turnaround of the vehicle being serviced and it still didn't get service I've had to make another appointment, to get the part that it needs put on for tomorrow. And I was told that it still may take all day for that which is very inconvenient.

Service was great , Eric was nice and extremely helpful , and Mike the shuttle guy was very nice, very satisfying experience.
When I have your company perform a transmission flush for 160 I expect the transmission filter be to changed also. That cost extra and is an additional 190 to replace filter in transmission. I was not informed of this detail until I picked up my truck. Basically you wasted my time and money by doing half of a job. If I order an oil change am I supposed to specify and ask for an oil filter. Brand new fliif running through a dirty filter defeats the purpose of your sevice. I am extremely disappointed and you lost me as a customer.
