It’s great to have a great service department on an awesome dealership led by a great person, professional and charismatic Sales Director Mr. Dan Johnson. But that’s not all the fact that Vincent was there all along with me made this a really comfortable and happy experience even though I was making, for me, a “major” repair. The warranty wasn't honored. I was told that the rotors were warped but the pads were fine. I was told the rotors were warped because coming down the mountain I overbraked or I was riding the brakes. I drove tractor trailers and motor coaches for many years. I know how to drive in the mountains and everywhere else. Very degrading telling me I don't know how to drive. I won't be back. And being a retired Veteran I will be telling all my friends what happened.
