I keep coming back to Len Lyall Chevrolet because the quality of service is at the highest level I have ever seen. As long as the standard is as high as it is, I will continue to be a repeat customer. Lukas represents everything that’s right about the GM SERVICE at your dealership. I bought a 2025 trailblazer last Saturday. Once at home I started to checking it carefully and I found a speaker under the spare tire compartment that wasn’t working. On Monday I took tha car back to the dealer and I explained the problem to sale person. He took the car to the shop for the technician to check it out. First they said that wasn’t anything wrong. But not sound was coming from the speaker. When the salesperson and me checked a similar car we could hear music coming from the other car speaker. So they wanted me to leave the car for a more specific checking. Two days later the sales person called me to say that the technicians said that it wasn’t a speaker or subwoofer. It was actually a part of a ANC( actual noise cancellation) system. After 2 days I went pick up my car and I was told that it was actually a speaker with a very very low performance. I couldn’t believe that not even the technicians of a Chevy dealer knew what it was. It was a really unpleasant situation for me.
