Lukas is a wonderful person. He has always taken such good care of me and my car and does everything he can to make me comfortable and safe while driving my car. It seems to me that Lukas always goes the extra mile and I really appreciate everything has done for me in the past and I’m sure we’ll continue to for me in the future.

I have serviced my car at different dealers and they all wash the cars after the service and you didn’t. This is my second time servicing my cars at a chevy dealer and not satisfied at all

I had to have my car towed to the dealership because it would not drive forward only in reverse. Kurt said he would give me an answer as to what was wrong with it before they closed and would do his best to have it fixed. And has promised it was completed by the end of the day and I was able to pick it up.

I can not begin to thank Vincent enough, the car broke down while we’re we trying to be with my critically ill brother who was being taken off life support. After explaining my situation Vincent went above and beyond to try to get my car in and repaired so I could focus on my family.

I brought my truck in because a message appeared on my dashboard which said service exhaust system, power reduction in 95 miles. Your tech check it and come with a solution; replace the heater in the def tank, I got an estimate of around $2800 dollars and I said repair it. A week after repair happen same message appeared and brought it back. This time was the harness and some side covers. 325 dollars for it and also ask your tech to repair it. I'm not happy for 2 reasons, first the truck was ready and nobody called me to let me know. It's my daily driver and since Jesus wasn't in nobody had the courtesy to take over and call me to let me know now it was ready. The second reason is that the harness was what was wrong with it and I had to spend $2,800 because a diagnostic that wasn't accurate. The harness could have been replaced the first time and I could've saved me that amount. It's kind of hard for me to be spending that money for a non accurate diagnostic

Carlos did an excellent job in accommodating and hearing our concerns. He went out of his way to assist us. He acted with patience and professionalism. Even when we challenged the price of the service, he did not get defensive or aggressive. In fact, the way he handled himself calmed us and helped us concede that he was right. Thank you.
