I was on my way to Denver from Rapid City, South Dakota. My car started to make a noise at Wheatland Wyoming. I stopped in Cheyenne at an O’Reillys and they did a scan for the code that my engine was saying. I called my mechanic in Rapid City and he told me to have somebody look at it. So I called the Len Lyall Chevrolet and spoke with Vincent. Vincent was absolutely amazing from the time I spoke with him Thursday night to the time I picked up my vehicle Saturday afternoon. Between him, the manager and the technician that worked on my car was an absolute great experience. I only could wish that people were like this in Rapid City, South Dakota. When I went to leave, I asked Vincent what him and his wife were doing that night for dinner. I gave him money to pay for the dinner for the great experience that I had with him. I recommend this dealership to everyone!! 5 Star experience!! Vincent is a 5 Star individual! Thank you! Nate

Jesus is great! Previously I worked with another agent and stopped going to Len Lyall for some time. I wasn’t happy with the service. My husband wanted to bring my car back at some point. Luckily we got Jesus! Now we feel we are in good hands.

Kirk amazed me..! He apparently did all he could to expedite my repair… in spite of the fact that I did not even have an appointment..!! I had just stopped by to get an estimate on charges for replacing a running light on my Suburban.. He kept me informed during the process and gave me a tip on how to save a few bucks as we headed to the cashier.. I had plenty of cash so I saved myself about $3.. vs using a credit card..!???? The next time my Burb needs some attention I’ll check in with Kirk first.. If he’s not available I’ll wait until he is.. Thanks for having him there.. Dave G
