Service and Tech writers were good. Only problem was grease stains on door. That doesn’t usually bother me, but I was charged for a service that included a car was. Had I not been charged for that level of service, I can clean my own car.

Byron customer service was amazing. He deserve a 10. But my brakes are squeaky and the same noise I heard the rattling and rubbing is still there- My brakes never squeak like that. Carsheid and myself has giving a lot of money to Ford in the last 6 months for this car to be running like this. I am taking out loans to pay Ford . Money I don’t have

I love the service advisor/coordinator however, I’m very dissatisfied with the actual service. My truck has been to the shop approximately 5 times for the same issue of the tires losing air. I brought my truck in a couple months ago for air conditioner not working, tire losing air, clock keep losing time. I got everything fixed and was told my clock losing time because the battery could be bad. I purchased 2 new batteries and that still didn’t fix the problem. I brought it back and was told the software need updating and my valve stem is bad. They upgraded software and replaced valve stem. When I got my car back the tire air pressure was in the 40’s on one front tire and 70 on the other one. The two backs were 60. I went back inside and they replaced the valve stem again and brought me my car and this time when they brought it my clock needed set again and the Bluetooth wasn’t working. My truck is being kept again for the same problem.

Received a check engine light right after purchase. We’ve been getting unacceptable answers since then. I’m leaving for a vacation on Saturday morning, if my vehicle isn’t ready by Thursday, I will expect a loaner SUV that is at least as nice as the Explorer RS.
