Sutton was able to get us in the next day due to this being a ambulance. We got it back, later on same day. We are great full for speedy service.

Jill's service was impeccable She kept me informed as to the mechanics progress regarding my vehicle and gave me options. Upon picking up my car her smile and genuine kindness delighted me even further. But not only Jill, I found the staff friendly and helpful. The driver who picked me up was also very friendly and professional. The facility was clean and I would highly recommend Sutton to everyone!

Frigid air is blowing over my feet by the doors. It was not repaired correctly. Heat is only near the center console. I discussed this for at least 10 minutes during the drop off. No matter how long the car runs heat by the doors over the feet is ice cold as well as under the dash near the doors. It’s likely the same in the rear of the car as heat is only near center console. Please schedule a pickup for the necessary repairs. Thank you, Alfreda H Johnson//ahj

Haley was great, however when she got sick and had to take off a few days it seems like the process of my car went with her. Also I was trying to submit my payment by check to the cashier and she was not very customer friendly. I am also due a refund and have yet got a call on when to expect it or anything. The cashier process gets 2/5!from me.

It’s refreshing to see a young woman working in a predominantly male profession. Jillian’s knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous to me. I really appreciate the fact she takes the time to ensure that I understand what’s going on with my vehicle and what to expect upon completion. I’m grateful that Jillian is part of the Sutton team. She’s the reason I keep returning for the repairs as well as maintenance for my vehicle.

She was very informative explaining to me what the mechanic had found wrong with my truck and what it would cost also call me when my truck repairs was completed and offered to send the courtesy van to pick me up it was nice to deal with her a polite dedicated worker a true asset to your dealership Thx
