Jillian has done a fantastic job. The General Manager is too busy to address my concerns with my new truck as a customer & employee of the blue oval. I am totally embrassed by the way the showroom handles customer. Joe Rizza in Orland has better General Manager & Sales staff, who addresses customer needs. I only go there because of the Service Department with Jillian & Jamie!!

Melissa was amazing to work with. She provided clear instructions about the whole process and sutton was at in the process of the vehicle repairs. She was timely in her responses as well. Very helpful and a blessing to have as a point to of contact. Im completely satisfied with her expertise.
