The service advisor said the job was complete. The problem was not complete. I pointed out the problem and the advisor said he has 30 years experience with Honda and it is complete. I have been going to Arrowhead service for 10 years. I also had purchased 2 vehicles from Arrowhead.. I will no longer go there for service. After Ileft Arrowhead I went to Surprise Honda. Without saying I came from Arrowhead I showed the advisor the problem with my veh. He said the problem couldn't be repaired. It has to be recalled and the correct part can repair it. Dan wasn't honest with me. I can no longer trust Arrowhead service

There was grease hand prints on the inside of my vehicle. Michael apologized and instructed me how to remove the grease. The grease came off, but it was really bad and it was a real pain in the **** to get off of the light gray interior of my van. I hope in the future the mechanics will be more careful with this and if they do happen to get a large amount of grease in a vehicle that they have the sense to clean it before returning it to the customer.
They got me in riight away. Great communication. Everyone was working hard everywhere. Great positive place.
