I came 2 weeks ago for Freon in my AC....I was told I need a Timing Belt for almost 1000 dollars....I said I am on a fixed income and I cannot....does not matter...nobody listens...then my AC belt is not working or something like that and not connected with radiator fan or something like that...the talking is very rapid and I do not hear well I am in age)...the result is 24400 dollars....so that end of the week I go to Jiffy Lube to change old and filter...they tell me I have a radiator leak...I bring it back to Honda and the "plastic top is cracked"....I have Hondas since 1979, all Accords....never had this problem....they were working 2 weeks ago in that area of the car....I really do not care what the manual says....you have to listen to the customer...my wife an I are not getting the medical care needed this month because the Timing Belt every 5 years????????!!!!!!! Listen to me....I do not have the money...no matter...it is done....well every mechanic I know tells me that the "plastic upper part of the radiator" is rarely cracked unless....
So, after so many years of being you customer, and very loyal at this, I will rethink my relationship with you....remember, I am very knowledgeable about human relations....people that are satisfied tell 3 other people...people dissatisfied tell 19 and be sure this latter is what I am. I am also getting legal advice....you have to start listening to your customers and not only your pockets.
